Order cancellations must be made within 24 hours of order placement or before order is shipped.

We offer a 30 day refund policy on stethoscopes and accessories of the purchase price (less shipping and handling charges). If you are not satisfied, please return the item to us in original packing and in "like new condition." We will not accept damaged goods. Please email sales@Yournursingsupply.com prior to returning your product so that we may give you correct return instructions.
We will promptly refund your purchase price upon receipt of the returned item(s). (Credit card transactions will be credited to the same account. Orders paid by check will be refunded by check.)
Any order accepted for return is subject to and will be charged a 20% restocking fee. In the case of an exchange the customer will pay freight. All products are manufactured to the highest standards.
